As I see Kirsten also posted it on her weblog I'm also going for it here. We broke up about a week ago, so everyone here it is. I'm single again. Well that's that. Now let's go one with other stuff.

The people that are interested in the stuff I'm selling, the 17" SGI Screen is gone! It went to my neighbour Floris. Most of the other stuff is still there. Actually it's not really for sale, it's for free. If you want It send me an email or leave a comment to arrange for pickup. I will NOT send ANYTHING. You have to pick it up.

 The migration of stuff to dropkick actually went pretty nicely. Everything is running on it that previously was on phoebe, except for NFS services and Printing services. As the printer that's currently here is Kirstens and it will be gone as soon as she finds a place of her own, I'm not going to need Printing Services. NFS Services will be going away to, /home will be stored on my workstation. So soon phoebe will come for sale also. It's a Pentium III-733 with 512 meg of ram and some 120+ Gbyte of disks. I'm dumping PC's at home and moving research to the office. The main reason for starting with this was of all the disk failures at home. So I bought dropkick, made it RAID-5 and placed it in an conditioned serverroom at work. And it features no Maxtor which also should extend the life of the disks ;))
